Our Return Policy
Crack Snow France has an obligation to satisfy customers. In this regard, accept returns or exchanges if the package you bought is deformed. If you receive a defective item, contact us with information about the product and the defect. Photo evidence of the defective package may be required for verification; we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail as soon as we can whether you are entitled to a refund or a reshipment as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a reshipment or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within two business days of the date of your order. “Business day” means Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sunday. Date of delivery may vary due to shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
